Bahagia Mam’or is on Facebook
A neighbour once suggested starting a Bahagia Mam’or Facebook group but I haven’t got down to doing it till now. As the visitorship for this blog grows, I (unfortunately) do not have the resources to keep up with its pace. The best way to keep all of us in contact is through social media! Here are the 2 Facebook Groups set up:
(1) HDB Terrace – Bahagia Mamor
If you are looking out for HDB terraces in this area or if you are keen to sell your HDB terrace, this is where you should be! Join the group today and keep a lookout for new listings of units here! Real estate agents are most welcome. All ex-residents are also welcome.
(2) Bahagia Mamor Residents
As the name suggests, this is a Residents group. Post your photos, write on the wall, share your renovation woes, organize a BBQ and be house proud! This group is a closed group with limited public content. Only members can see all content.
How to join this group: If you are a HDB Terrace resident of this neighbourhood, please drop a note on the wall of HDB Terrace – Bahagia Mamor Facebook group. The adminstrators of the Residents group will pick it up and send you an invite. If you know any of the residents, you may also contact them directly to ask the administrators for access.
After joining the group, we will like to give you a warm welcome to the neighbourhood, do remember to do a self-introduction on the Group’s wall.

i just realised, when looking at my area’s map, that i live nearby. u’re near balestier or something yeah.
yeah we’re in balestier. Where r u?
Gigi, I realise you can use Google map to mark out the area but it is not at street level.
How to mark out the area?
Oh there is a website which actually shows real PHOTOs taken at certain points. See http://gothere.sg/directions#bahagia:
Click on the “Camera” button on the top right corner of the map and hover your mouse along the streets. Click on those spots where there are camera icons pop outs.
I saw the google map thingy at http://www.vimeo.com/2034400 Not sure if you can do this on the free version of wordpress.
You can harvest the photos at gothere.sg
no i cannot do it with the free version
I need the hosting program to insert / embed iframes of the map.
Yes I will harvest the photos there. I also found a photo album of a neighbour of a corner unit at Blk 41.
