Experimented with a lot of cooking nowadays. And I love this tofu dish with minced pork
Marinated the minced pork and varied the recipe a little. Original recipe found at AromaCookery’s blog.


On the right, chicken teriyakki using pre-mixed sauce. Chicken wings has got no taste because I didn’t marinate it. But after soaking in it for 1 night (in the fridge) – it’s so flavourful! Ok lesson learnt, you need to marinate your meats.
I also had ABC soup (again) and Lotus Pork rib soup – all of which Chuck loves. Time to experiment and move on to other soups.
